Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and better understand the patterns, relationships, and different parts of yourself that shape how you move through the world.
I take a holistic, compassionate approach grounded primarily in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with attachment-based and trauma-informed care, CBT, and Jungian perspectives woven in when helpful.
Individual Therapy
Space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
You may understand the patterns you want to change and still find yourself repeating them. I offer a space to slow down, get curious, and better understand the experiences, relationships, and different parts of yourself that shape how you move through the world.
Parts Work & IFS
Getting curious about the parts that make you, you.
I use IFS to help you understand the different parts of yourself—including the ones that may feel stuck, protective, conflicted, or difficult to understand. Rather than trying to get rid of those parts, we’ll approach them together with greater curiosity and compassion.
Depth & Integration
Therapy shaped around the person in front of me.
Alongside IFS, I draw from attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, CBT, and Jungian archetypes. I make room for practical tools as well as imagination, symbolism, identity, and deeper exploration when those perspectives resonate with you.
You might feel at home in this work if you…
You may be looking for more than a place to talk about what happened this week. Maybe you’re curious about yourself—why certain patterns keep showing up, where they came from, and what they might be trying to tell you.
My approach may be a good fit if you:
Find yourself repeating patterns you understand but still struggle to change
Want to understand yourself with more curiosity and less judgment
Are open to exploring the different parts of yourself
Appreciate therapy that can hold both practical tools and deeper exploration
Are drawn to questions of identity, relationships, meaning, or personal growth
Value imagination, intuition, and creativity as part of understanding yourself
You don’t have to know exactly where the work will lead. You just have to be curious enough to begin.
