Hi, I’m Cory.

I believe therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply— not just a place to fix what feels difficult.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I’m interested in the patterns, relationships, experiences, and different parts of you that have shaped how you move through the world.

I work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective and draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and Jungian approaches. But therapy with me isn’t about fitting you into a particular framework. It’s about getting curious about you—and finding an approach that feels meaningful, useful, and genuinely yours.

What working together can feel like

You can come in knowing exactly what you want to work on—or simply knowing that something feels different, stuck, or ready to be explored.

Our work might involve noticing patterns, getting to know different parts of yourself, exploring relationships and attachment, making connections to past experiences, or getting curious about meaning and identity.

There may be moments that are practical and structured and others that are more exploratory.

You bring your experience. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a framework for helping us understand it together.
